LINCOLN, Neb.—Nebraska coach Bo Pelini says his team is making too many mental mistakes as they prepare to take on Virginia Tech.
The Cornhuskers practiced for two hours Wednesday leading up to the 7 p.m. Saturday matchup with the Hokies.
Pelini says they have a lot to fix when it comes to mental errors.
An injury to Thomas Lawson has forced the Huskers to use several tight ends at the fullback spot.
Pelini says he’s comfortable with the players at the fullback position.
