LOVELAND, Colo.—It wasn’t about a side for a hamburger or a sandwich, but voters in state Senate District 14 had to choose between Bacon and Fries.
Democrat incumbent Bob Bacon defeated challenger Matt Fries 63 percent to 37 percent to represent the district that encompasses most of Larimer County in northern Colorado.
The sprawling district includes the cities of Loveland and Estes Park, but not Fort Collins.
