ASPEN, Colo.—A 19-year-old man now faces a charge of possession of marijuana after a movie theater patron reported a group of teens smoking pot in the back of a Basalt theater.
Basalt police questioned the four teens Nov. 14 during a screening of the romantic comedy “Zack and Miri Make a Porno” at the Movieland theater.
Authorities say the 19-year-old confessed to having marijuana, and was arrested for possessing less than an ounce of the drug.
Conviction carries a maximum fine of $150.
No names have been released.
