Berry Petroleum said Monday that its capital budget for the Rocky Mountain region for 2009 would be $10 million to $15 million, down from $200 million in 2008.
The Bakersfield, Calif.- based company is cutting overall 2009 spending to $100 million, down from $400 million in 2008.
