Two of three people indicted by a Denver grand jury for running a prostitution ring have pleaded guilty and agreed to forfeit more than $1 million cash and property.

The defendants also pleaded guilty to organized crime charges, according to the Denver District Attorney’s Office.

Hong Tang, 28, and Baizhuang Pan, 32, pleaded guilty Tuesday to violating Colorado’s Organized Crime Control Act and conspiracy to commit pimping, both felonies, prosecutors said in a press release.

A third co-defendant, Todd Powell, is scheduled for a motions hearing in the case on January 20.

Under a plea agreement, Tang will be sentenced to four years in prison and Pan will be sentenced to two years, prosecutors said. The pair also agreed to cooperate with deportation proceedings to China.

They each agreed to an additional eight-year suspended prison sentence, pending completion of a 10-year probation term.

Tang and Pan are scheduled for formal sentencing on February 3.
