Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O’Connell are new parentstimes two. A publicist for the “Ugly Betty” actress says twin daughters Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara Tulip were born Dec. 28. Romijn, 36, and O’Connell, 34, were married in 2007. O’Connell starred in the TV series “Crossing Jordan” and “Carpoolers.” His screen credits include “Stand by Me” and “Jerry Maguire.”
