The Allied Jewish Federation of Colorado announced that best-selling author Jean Chatzky will be the keynote speaker at the 20th annual Choices fundraising and outreach event for women. Sponsored by the Federation’s Jewish Women’s Philanthropy Center, Choices 2009 will be held in the Colorado Convention Center’s Korbel Ballroom on Feb. 12 at 11 a.m.
Through her work as a journalist, author and speaker, Chatzky has created a global platform to help men and women battle the debt epidemic. Chatzky is the financial editor for NBC’s Today, a contributing editor for More Magazine, a columnist for the New York Daily News and a contributor to “The Oprah Winfrey Show.” She also hosts a daily show on the Oprah & Friends channel on XM Radio.
Chatzky has written five books and has another set to be released in March. The Denver Post
