LOVELAND — A Loveland woman told police she was grabbed from behind while jogging Sunday afternoon, but she was able to fight off her attacker at the bridge in the 300 block of North Wilson Avenue.
The woman said the assault happened about 1:45 p.m. as she stopped to stretch after jogging on the city hiking and biking trail.
She said the man forced her to the ground, but once she got loose, he ran away, according to police.
Police used dogs to search the area but found nothing.
The man is described as white, wearing a dark hooded sweat shirt. He might have an injured hand from the attack, police said.
