The third phase of RTD’s pay-for-parking program starts today when parking fees will be imposed at six more light-rail station park-n-Rides — Alameda, Evans, I-25/Broadway, Littleton downtown, Mineral and 30th/Downing.

At all lots, Regional Transportation District transit users who live within the eight-county district will get the first 24 hours of parking free, and at all lots except I-25/Broadway, they will pay $2 for each subsequent day of parking.

At I-25/Broadway, they will pay $1 a day after the first free day. RTD users who live outside the district will pay $4 a day from the first day at all of the new lots except I-25/Broadway. At that lot, riders will pay $2 a day from the first day.
