LOS ANGELES — There will be no more visits by outfielder Manny Ramirez to the Los Angeles Dodgers’ clubhouse during media access periods for the remainder of his 50-game suspension.

Dodgers spokesman Josh Rawitch said the club received a “friendly reminder” Wednesday from Pat Courtney, the No. 2 spokesman in the commissioner’s office, that Ramirez wasn’t allowed in the clubhouse when it is open to reporters.

Ramirez’s suspension for violating baseball’s drug rules runs through July 2.

Sizemore to get MRI.

Indians outfielder Grady Sizemore is feeling better and will have an MRI on his strained left elbow Monday.

Sizemore was injured during spring training and played through pain until he was placed on the disabled list May 31.

Indians right-hander Anthony Reyes, out since May 23 with an inflamed right elbow, has decided to have season-ending surgery.

Footnotes.

The Washington Nationals signed right-hander Drew Storen to a deal worth more than $1.5 million, a day after selecting him with the 10th pick in the draft.

• Toxicology tests have detected alcohol in the blood of the driver who was with Los Angeles Angels pitcher Nick Adenhart before a deadly collision in April. The Orange County (Calif.) sheriff’s office says Courtney Stewart consumed alcohol shortly before the crash but says it does not know how much.
