A new Brazilian-style restaurant set to open in Lower Downtown plans to hire 50 people in addition to the gaucho chefs it will bring from Brazil.
Fogo de Chão Steakhouse will open at 1513 Wynkoop St. in mid-July. The original Fogo is in in Rio Grande do Sul in southern Brazil.
“We’ve had our eye on Denver for quite some time and are thrilled to be opening in such a centrally-located, growing area of downtown,” said Jair Coser, who co-founded the company with his brother, Arri, in Brazil 30 years ago.
