Americans can be frivolous in their summer TV choices. More than 11 million people watched “America’s Got Talent,” making it the summer’s highest-rated debut.
But they can also be quite serious. The ABC News special “Questions for the President: Prescription for America,” left, drew 4.7 million viewers Wednesday, the network’s largest audience in the last hour of prime time in six weeks. Joanne Ostrow
