MOSCOW — A colleague says a Russian human-rights activist has been found dead weeks after going missing.
Andrei Stolbunov, head of a rights group called Justice, says he believes his colleague Andrei Kulagin was murdered.
Stolbunov told Ekho Moskvy radio Wednesday that Kulagin’s body was found in a quarry near Petrozavodsk on July 10, nearly two months after he went missing.
