Getting your player ready...
Dexter Fowler doesn’t like running into walls. He broke his right hand that way in the minor leagues. Monday, he made a terrific catch in the ninth but banged his left knee on the outfield wall. He limped off, and Carlos Gonzalez replaced him. Fowler said he will be fine, but he is likely to miss at least one game.
No news.
The Rockies have until Monday to sign first- round pick Tyler Matzek, the highly touted prep left- hander.
Roadblock.
Brought in to get work in the ninth with an 11-1 lead, Huston Street allowed four runs, two shy of his previous total since April 26.
