MOSCOW — Israeli President Shimon Peres said Wednesday the Kremlin has promised to reconsider the planned delivery of powerful air defense missiles to Iran.
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev made the pledge during their talks Tuesday in the Black Sea resort of Sochi, Peres said.
