Brett Favre: The Vikings quarterback started Sunday for an NFL-record 271st consecutive time in the regular season. He threw two touchdown passes to help Minnesota beat Detroit 27-13.
JaMarcus Russell: The Raider became just the second quarterback since the start of the 1997 season to attempt 20 or more passes and complete less than 30 percent of them but still win.
Frank Gore: The 49ers running back became only the second player in NFL history to have two TD runs of 79 or more yards in the same game. He joined Barry Sanders with that feat.
Kurt Warner: The Cardinals QB completed his first 15 passes and set the NFL’s single-game record for completion percentage. He completed 92.3 percent of his passes, breaking Vinny Testaverde’s 1993 mark.
