COLORADO SPRINGS — Police are piecing together the circumstances that led to a woman being shot to death early Sunday.
The identity of the 35-year-old woman has not been released. Colorado Springs Police said she was shot inside a car in the parking lot of the Shannon Glen Apartments at 220 N. Murray Blvd. sometime before 1:30 a.m. She died at Memorial Hospital.
Police are looking for two men in a newer model red or orange Jeep Cherokee. Both men are white, bald and between 30 and 35 years old, police said.
Police have not elaborated on the circumstances that might have led to the shooting.
