A man and woman were found dead Monday morning in a home in unincorporated Jefferson County after their adult daughter asked sheriff’s deputies to check on the couple.
Their names have not been released, and no suspects are being sought, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement, indicating a possible murder-suicide or double suicide. The couple died from gunshot wounds.
The couple was found at 7:48 a.m. in their home in the 11100 block of West Oregon Place, southwest of Lakewood near South Kipling Parkway and West Jewell Avenue.
