Gov. Bill Ritter has appointed Denver attorney Barbara Kelley as executive director of the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
Kelley, currently a partner with the law firm of Kamlet Reichert, starts her new position Dec. 1.
Kelley replaces Rico Munn, who served as executive director of DORA from 2007 until earlier this month when Ritter appointed him executive director of the Colorado Department of Higher Education.
