DENVER—A 41-year-old Florida man has been killed in a ski accident at Breckenridge.
Investigators say Michael Crim of Temple Terrace missed a turn on an intermediate trail and hit a tree Thursday and died at Breckenridge Medical Center.
The Summit County coroner’s office says he was not wearing a helmet and ruled the death an accident.
It’s the second recent fatality at the ski resort. A 14-year-old girl died last month when she skied into a tree.
