Oakwood Homes has a grand opening in Castle Rock that’s the perfect medicine for a family that’s been waiting for the right moment to make the jump from a townhome or condo to a single family home in a nice neighborhood.
Today you can tour Oakwood’s opening of two collections at Morningview, the newest neighborhood in The Meadows master-planned community, west of I-25 near the Castle Rock Outlet Stores. You can tour the models in Oakwood’s larger Carson Collection from the very reachable $220s…and see Oakwood’s semi-custom Oxford and Belford Collections in other parts of Morningview. But if you’re in the price range you thought was limited to condos (or maybe a foreclosed home with no warranty), you’ll be amazed how much Oakwood can provide with New Beginnings.
All of them deliver the builder’s ‘High Performance’ energy package (“People are blown away by the quality of construction,” says Gayer, who like Poncher, lives in an older Oakwood neighborhood she bought into before going to work for the company).
