BOULDER, Colo.—Boulder authorities say they’re searching for a former Lafayette attorney who failed to appear to his trail for charges of sexual assault on a child.

Authorities say 47-year-old Duane Glenn Rogers told people he was depressed about his 2008 arrest and the allegations against him. He was scheduled to go on trial in September. A judge has issued a warrant for his arrest.

Authorities say Rogers’ attorney also doesn’t know where he is.

Rogers’ attorney’s license was suspended in February.
