Justin Roth, 21, made a short appearance in court Thursday. He is accused of breaking his 8-month-old daughter’s legs because she would not bend them while he tried to change her diaper.
Greeley Police say the incident happened Feb. 19 in a house just north of Keenesburg.
Roth is charged with felony child abuse.
He remains in jail and is due back in court on March 23.
