DeVotchKa violinist and accordion player Tom Hagerman leads a lineup of excellent Colorado musicians at this benefit funding rebuilding projects in earthquake-ravaged Haiti. Spring is right around the corner (officially Saturday), and you can celebrate in Palisade with a self-guided art and wine tour. “Pig Tails & Wine Trails” kicks off at Blue Pig Gallery with art, food and live blues and jazz with James Baird. The gallery will provide visitors with a map and directions to each participating artist and winery. The first 10 people to arrive for the tour will receive a free wine glass. The Autism Society and AMC Entertainment have partnered to bring families affected by autism and other disabilities a special monthly movie opportunity. The “Sensory Friendly Films” program is geared at providing a comfortable setting for children with special needs. Families are welcome to bring in snacks and food, and there will be no previews or advertisements shown. The lights will remain on, and the sound will be lowered. This month’s movie is the family comedy “Diary of a Wimpy Kid.” The movie begins at 10 a.m. at three theaters, including AMC Flatiron 14, 61 W.
