Police are seeking the public’s help in finding a Denver man, who has distinctive tattoos on his face and neck, for failing to register as a sex offender.
Jacob Joseph Medina, 26, is a convicted sex offender and has been designated by the justice system as a sexually violent predator.
Medina’s last known address was the Shepherds Motel, 1525 Valentia St., Denver police said in a news release.
Police describe Medina as 6 feet 2 inches tall and 210 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his face and arms.
Anyone with information on Medina’s whereabouts is asked to call the local police department. Tipsters can remain anonymous and earn a $2,000 reward for information leading to an arrest by calling Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP (7867) or by leaving tips at metro-denvercrimestoppers .
