COLUMBUS, Ohio — The sister of an Ohio woman killed during a fight that police say began over a skimpy Easter outfit says she can’t explain what could have led to the shooting. Ralinda Pickens says her sister, 19-year- old Danielle Pickens, always wore short skirts and shorts to family gatherings.
Police say Evelyn Burgess, 42, shot Pickens on Sunday night after an argument over jean shorts and a T-shirt the teen wore to Easter dinner.
