LINCOLN, Neb.—More than 1,700 young contestants are expected at the 41st annual Cornhusker Trapshoot.
The event is scheduled for April 29-May 1 in Doniphan, Neb.
Junior and senior high school shooters from Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas, Iowa, and South Dakota are expected. The Cornhusker Cup goes to the overall champion.
Competition will take place in team and individual competitions. Junior high students will shoot on April 29; high school students the following two days.
The event will be held at the Nebraska Trapshooting Association grounds, on U.S. Highway 281, three miles south of Interstate 80.
