LAKEWOOD — A Jefferson County judge on Monday revoked probation for Lakewood liquor store worker Van Thien Pham, 47, after he allegedly sold liquor to an underage customer working for police in April.
In 2008, Pham pleaded guilty to selling alcohol to teenagers who later drove into another car, killing one of its occupants, 17-year-old Samara Stricklen, and seriously injuring another. He served two years in prison.
He will face up to 18 months behind bars for each of the seven counts for which he received probation when he is sentenced July 19, according to the Jefferson County district attorney’s office.
