Getting your player ready...

Negotiations are underway with representatives for the Broncos’ remaining unsigned draft picks, coach Josh McDaniels said.

With rookies scheduled to report for their first day of training camp Monday, first- round receiver Demaryius Thomas (No. 22), first-round quarterback Tim Tebow (No. 25), second-round offensive lineman Zane Beadles and third-round receiver Eric Decker remain unsigned.

“Everyone’s stuff is out, and we’re in the process of trying to get them all finalized,” McDaniels said. “We’re close on a few.”

Sixth-rounder Eric Olsen, a guard/center, signed Saturday. His deal is for four years and likely worth about $1.8 million, based on where he was drafted, with a signing bonus of about $140,000.

Decker, who missed all of the spring practices while rehabbing a foot injury, figures to be the next player to complete his contract. Work on signing the team’s first three picks will take longer because of the slotting process for high picks. As of Friday night, only one first-round pick had signed — wide receiver Dez Bryant, who was selected at No. 24 by the Dallas Cowboys.

McDaniels remained optimistic that neither of the Broncos’ first-rounders would end up in lengthy holdouts.

“That process has begun,” McDaniels said. “Hopefully, we won’t have any issues with having everyone in camp, and that goes for all our players.”

The Broncos’ two first- round picks from 2009, running back Knowshon Moreno and outside linebacker Robert Ayers, missed the start of camp last year. Ayers’ holdout lasted 3 1/2 days, and Moreno missed the first eight days of camp.

Footnote.

Broncos right tackle Ryan Harris said he has been cleared by his doctors at the Steadman Hawkins Clinic in Denver to participate fully in training camp. Harris had surgery to repair a toe and foot injury in December and spent his offseason in rehab. Harris will need to pass his team physical and conditioning test when veterans report to training camp Saturday.
