Denver Police on Monday confiscated some counterfeit bills at the Taste of Colorado festival, said police spokesman John White. Police didn’t arrest the man who passed the bills. He had phony $20s and “possibly higher denominations,” White said.
“We gathered all of his information, confiscated the bills and passed the information on to the Secret Service. They investigate those types of crimes,” White said.
