A man who walked into the Public Storage facility at 5080 Leetsdale Drive last Wednesday, demanded cash from the drawer and threatened to kill the victim if she called police is being sought by Denver police.

The man was caught on camera as he roamed the office. Police have released his picture in hopes he can be identified.

The suspect is described as a black male, 6 feet tall, weight roughly 285 pounds, with a ponytail, mustache and goatee. He is believed to be between 22 and 29 years of age.

He was wearing a black “NY” baseball cap, a white T-shirt with black wings on the front and blue jeans.

Individuals with information about the identity or location of the man are asked to contact the Denver Police Department at 720-913-2000 or Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867. Information leading to an arrest and the filing of formal charges can result in an award of up to $2,000.
