Broomfield-based Ball Corp. announced Thursday that the company has acquired an additional 10.1 percent interest in its Brazilian beverage packaging joint venture, Latapack- Ball Embalagens, Ltda. The transaction increases Ball’s overall ownership in the venture to about 60 percent.
