A Denver family will jointly face charges of dealing drugs, prosecutors said today.
Frank Anthony Duran, 18, his brother, Dominic Frank Duran, 24, their mother Debbie Duran, 46, and her common-law husband, Francisco Javier Herrera, 43, face numerous felonies and misdemeanors, stemming from allegations they were dealing ecstasy and marijuana.
They also face child abuse charges, as a 5-year-old and 9-year-old were living in the northeast Denver home where the alleged drug operation was based.
The family members were arrested as the result of an undercover sting last month. All four remain in the Denver Detention Center.
