A 78-year-old substitute teacher was suspended after he was arrested Friday for sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust, 9News reports.
The Denver Police Department says Marcel Rivera, a substitute teacher at Doull Elementary in southwest Denver, was arrested Friday after the accusations surfaced. Details of the alleged incident were not released.
