FORT COLLINS, Colo.—Fort Collins police say a pedestrian has serious injuries after allegedly running in front of a patrol car with its emergency lights on.
Police say officer Annie Gubbels was responding to a report of a physical disturbance involving a knife around 2:30 a.m. Saturday when 24-year-old Landis Wadena of Fort Collins allegedly ran in front of her vehicle on College Avenue.
Police say Wadena was not in a designated crosswalk and that Gubbels’ car had its emergency lights on.
