Townsend and Townsend and Crew, a law firm with offices in Denver, will merge with Kilpatrick Stockton to form Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton. The merger will be effective Jan. 1.
Bill Dorris of Kilpatrick Stockton will serve as chairman. Diane Prucino of Kilpat rick Stockton and Maureen Sheehy of Townsend will serve the new firm as co-managing partners.
