DENVER—Denver City Councilman Michael Hancock is joining the race to become Denver’s next mayor.
Hancock said Monday his top priorities will be job creation and improving city services.
The election to replace Denver Mayor and Gov.-elect John Hickenlooper is May 3.
Other candidates and potential candidates include councilman Doug Linkhart, councilwoman Carol Boigon and state Sen. Chris Romer.
