WASHINGTON — The White House has postponed a meeting with Democratic and Republican congressional leaders to Nov. 30 after top Republicans said they had a scheduling conflict. The meeting, originally scheduled for Thursday, will be the first time President Barack Obama sits with the bipartisan leadership since the Nov. 2 elections that cost Democrats control of the House and shrank their majority in the Senate.
