A 20-year-old man could face a felony charge after apparently trying to satisfy a craving for pizza and some hot wings through robbery.

Police arrested Isaiah Pickens on Tuesday night on suspicion of armed robbery after a pizza delivery man identified Pickens as the person who robbed him at about 10 p.m. in southeast Colorado Springs.

Two police officers went to the Cedar Ridge Apartments in the 3300 block of East Fountain Boulevard after the Domino’s Pizza delivery man reported being approached by a man with a gun. According to the report, the victim told police the robber didn’t take any money, but took a pizza and hot wings.

Officers later determined the address where the pizza was supposed to be delivered was a vacant apartment. While searching the complex, they heard loud music and voices coming from another apartment. That’s where they found Pickens.
