BOULDER — University of Colorado regents plan to explore the idea of guaranteeing in-state students on the campus in Boulder that their tuition won’t rise over four years.
The Daily Camera reports that regents plan to delve deeper into the idea next month. CU offers a similar guarantee to out-of-state students.
In-state tuition at CU’s College of Arts and Sciences is $7,018 this year. The state has given early approval for up to a 9.5 percent hike for the next school year.
