AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo.—Air Force Academy officials say they’re investigating about 25 cadets suspected of using a synthetic marijuana known as “spice.”
The Academy said Friday that five cadets have already been expelled for using spice since April, when the superintendent issued an order banning it.
The approximately 25 cadets being investigated are in addition to the five already expelled.
Cadets found to have violated the ban could face court-martial, a non-judicial punishment under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, reprimands or expulsion.
