Boulder-based New Frontier Media Inc. reported third-quarter revenue of $14.2 million as compared to $11.5 million during the same period a year ago.
The company is a leading provider of transactional television services and distributor of independent general motion picture entertainment.
For the period ended Dec. 31, transactional TV segment revenue was $8.8 million, compared to $9.1 million in the same prior-year quarter.
Video-on-demand revenue increased to $5.3 million, compared to $4.9 million in the same prior-year quarter due to higher international revenue.
Pay-per-view revenue declined to $3.4 million, compared to $4.0 million in the same prior-year quarter.
Film Production segment revenue increased to $5.2 million from $2.2 million due to the completion of a producer-for-hire arrangement during the quarter.
