Sunday’s Super Bowl XLV telecast on Fox was the most-watched in history, according to A.C. Nielsen. A record 111,010,000 viewers tuned in for the game, up 5 million from last year.
The game was viewed in 53.3 million households, Nielsen reported.
The only non-football programming to crack the top-10 was the “M*A*S*H Special,” which aired on CBS on February 28, 1983, and was watched by 105,970,000 viewers.
