United Continental has unveiled its new colors and lettering on the largest aircraft in its United Airlines fleetthe 374-seat Boeing 747-400.

With the first 747-400 rebranding completed, at least one of each of the carrier’s mainline fleet types features the word United and Continental’s blue and gold colors and globe tail logo.

The airline has completed painting 309 of its 710 mainline and 552 regional aircraft.

Rebranding of airport facilities and advertising will accelerate in coming months. Ann Schrader, The Denver Post
