. Niwot-based Crocs Inc. said the U.S. District Court in Denver granted a motion to dismiss federal securities class-action claims against the company and some of the company’s current and former officers and directors.
The suit, filed in 2007, alleged that while the company was issuing positive reports and statements without disclosing its sales were negatively affected by seasonal conditions, the company’s inventory was accumulating and sales had slowed.
