DENVER—Colorado officials have granted Denver-based Westwood College full accreditation.
The Denver Post reports officials removed the for-profit school from probation Friday.
State officials had placed Westwood College’s two Denver campuses on probation in December over concerns about problems with national accreditors, who had put the campuses on probation because of recruitment tactics and student achievement.
National accreditors withdrew the school’s probationary status earlier this year after Westwood made changes.
The Colorado Commission on Higher Education is requiring Westwood College to share any reporting about the national status of its accreditation for the next three years.
