The death of a woman found in a Fort Collins hotel on Tuesday was ruled a suicide today by the Larimer County Coroner’s office.
Lisa Larson, 38 of Cheyenne, died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, according to Greg Fairman of the Larimer County Coroner’s office.
Larson traveled to Fort Collins seeking medical help for a past back injury, Fairman said.
Larson’s body was discovered by officers at 1:30 p.m. yesterday after a maid reported an unresponsive female lying on a bed at the Budget Host Motel at 1513 N. College Ave., according to a news release from the Fort Collins Police Department.
