BOULDER — After five hours of deliberation, a six- member jury found Zachrey Harris guilty Wednesday evening of harassing two foreign-born men on University Hill in September because of the color of their skin, the Daily Camera reported.
“I’m not a racist,” Harris, 23, said in a low voice, with a sob.
