WESTMINSTER — Four condo units were damaged by flames and four others by smoke and water Sunday afternoon, but only one person has minor burns, officials said.
The fire was reported at 2:45 p.m. on the second floor of the Cedar Bridge Condominiums in the 11100 block of Alcott Street just west of Northglenn Reservoir.
A pet cat was killed and another was missing, according to the Westminster Fire Department The cause of the fire is under investigation but likely involved a barbecue grill on a balcony, according to the Fire Department.
