Guitarist sojourned through the blues, fusion, rock, reggae and both smooth and traditional jazz at the Wednesday night. Sonny Emory (drums), Melvin Davis (bass) and Jesse Milliner (keys) flashed their chops in support of Ritenour’s versatile playing to the enthusiastic, packed house. The set list featured songs from multiple decades of Ritenour’s work, with emphasis on his award-winning, latest release, “Six String Theory.”
